The Gutter Cap System works as advertised. I’ve used many systems over the years on houses. Many would not hold up or only partially worked and I would end up cleaning gutters regardless. If you have A LOT of leaves and spend too much time getting them up, continue to clean your gutters but begin budgeting/scratching together lunch money and save for these guys. I did the front last year and the back last week. Sure is nice to get a storm and hear water running through your gutters! Lastly, Chris & his team are Good People, we need more like him.

My family recently purchased a new home with an existing Gutter Cap system installed 7 years ago. The previous owner never told us about the lifetime warranty. Well, over the years , these old roof shingles have shed debris into the gutters and downspouts creating a few issues. Gutter Cap responded immediately to honor their agreement, arrived at my house and cleaned the whole system. Over 15 years ago Chris Stewart installed Gutter Cap on my house and I have been highly pleased with Gutter Cap performance that entire time. However recently a section started leaking after I had a new roof installed. I contacted Chris and he sent someone out to inspect the leaky section. His installer discovered that the roofers had failed to reconnect the gutter cap properly thus resulting in the leak. Even though the problem was created by the roofing company, Chris replaced the entire leaking section with new gutter cap at no charge. I highly recommend Chris Stewart and Gutter Cap because it is an excellent product and you can count on full support and maintenance after installation.

Our home has trees on 3 sides. I made an appointment for him to give me an estimate and he was there at the appointed time. He explained the product, how it works and how it would be installed. He also corrected an overflow problem at a roof valley. His installer was on time and did an excellent job. Would recommend.

Dear Mr. Stewart: For the second time in so many days I find myself writing a very complimentary letter someone once observed never trust a man who speaks well of everybody that maybe so but the truth is inescapable and you know by now that I’m not afraid to speak up if I have a concern. I am very happy with the completed installation of my new metal roof and roof drainage system which was a coordinated effort between your company and weather guard Lifetime metal roofs of Birmingham Alabama I am sharing with you the letter I sent to compliment them simply because I mentioned your contribution to the successful completion of this job and the fact that Stephen Boyer was the one who referred me to you. thank you mr. Stewart for your advice your patience and your commitment to your customers the installation performed by mr. Massey and his assistant please me and mr. Macy’s explanations of the concerns I had immediately after the installation and prior to placement of the metal roof completely eliminated these concerns by educating me to facts Unknown by me. in my letter to you December 7th 2011 I mentioned the Overflow problem at the roof valleys when it rains hard a few days later Mr Massey and his assistant came by to look at the problem I do believe they ascertained that the installation of the metal roof shingles at the bottom of the valleys somehow blocked the extra drainage ports you have provided where the valleys meet the gutter caps explain this overflow it is further my understanding that screened drainage ports have now been re-established that hopefully will eliminate this problem mr. Massey assured me again that your company stands behind every aspect of the gutter cap installation and if the problem has not gone away to please call you again he explained to me that my suggested solution gusher guards would only be considered as a last resort because they tended to retain leaves and other debris. mr. Stewart let me assure you of my gratitude and my complete satisfaction with the job your company has done for me it is highly satisfying to know that you are there to help me after the job is over as I say in my letter to Stephen Boyer of weather guard Lifetime metal roofing “I also want to thank you for putting me in contact with Mr Chris Stewart of gutter cap of Birmingham once again your advice was very helpful I found that mr. Overall I am very impressed with my entire experience with Gutter Cap Birmingham. My husband is getting older and I was worried about him climbing the ladder to clean our gutters. So we called Gutter Cap. The sales rep was very friendly and knew his stuff. The installers were very courteous and did a good job. The end product turned out great!
